A racing simulator for festivals and public events

A racing simulator for festivals, city celebrations, fan zones and esports nights. We bring it, set it up, and our operator runs it all event.

Entertainment people try themselves

At a festival or city celebration, people wander, watch and look for something to try. A racing simulator gives them what a stage can’t: the chance to get behind the wheel and drive a lap while their friends watch the screen.

We bring a real racing simulator, set it up before the event starts and stay with it the whole time. For the organiser, it’s one line in the programme.

Made for

  • Music and culture festivals. One more zone where people take part, not just watch.
  • City celebrations and fairs. Entertainment for the whole family, from teens to grandparents. Anyone aged 10 or over and about 140 cm tall can drive.
  • Fan zones. While the crowd waits for the race or the match, they can try the track themselves.
  • Esports nights and club nights. A leaderboard and racing all evening.
  • Sport and motorsport events. A taste of racing for everyone who won’t get on track in a real car.

Big crowds, clear order

At a public event, order matters most. Our operator stays with the simulator the whole time: managing the queue, fitting the seat for each driver, switching on the assists for beginners and running the leaderboard. The rig never runs without our person.

One drive lasts from 5 minutes. For visitors we offer 5, 10 and 20-minute drives.

A leaderboard for the whole day

Every driver’s time goes on the board. Spectators see who’s leading, and at the end of the day we announce the fastest. If you like, you or your sponsors can give the winners prizes.

The time to beat: the owner’s lap of Spa-Francorchamps, 1:51.316.

Formula or GT, beginner or regular

We bring two wheels: formula-style and GT. They swap in seconds, so one guest can drive a formula car and the next a GT car. Beginners get the assists and the racing line; experienced drivers can go without them.

Games: Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, EA SPORTS F1 25, iRacing, and others on request. More on the Simulator page.

Indoors or outdoors

The simulator needs:

  • about 3.2 × 3.8 m of space (the rig plus 1 m of free space around it);
  • one normal 230 V socket.

Outdoors we need a roof or tent and a flat, firm surface, so the equipment stays dry and out of direct sun. One ordinary 230 V socket is enough for power.

Kaunas and the Kaunas region

We drive to any town in the Kaunas region in our own van. We arrive 45 minutes before the event starts, set up and test everything before the first driver. After the event we pack up and take it all away.

Multi-day festivals are agreed separately.

Price and booking

Drives for visitors cost 5 min – 10 €, 10 min – 15 €, 20 min – 20 €. If the organiser pays for visitors’ drives, the price is in the offer. We invoice organisers and municipalities. More on the Pricing page.

All event types are on the Events page.
